Our mini offices cater to entrepreneurs and start-ups of all sizes. These ready-to-use, furnished workspaces (rented with storage units) let businesses work alongside their goods for efficient distribution.

3. Self-Storage Security

24/7 monitored CCTV
Secure tag-entry access
Self-locking units (tenants retain keys and own locks)
Prohibited items listed in T&Cs to ensure safety

4. Storage Unit Access Hours

Accessible 24/7, though prior arrangement is required for entry before 07:00 or after 17:30.

5. Packaging Materials

We sell boxes, tape, and bubble wrap on-site for convenience.

6. On-Site Payments

Cashless facility – payments via card machine only (no cash accepted/kept on premises).

7. Ending Your Lease

Requires 1 calendar month’s written notice. All goods must be removed by the lease end date.

8. Storage Insurance

Tenants must arrange their own insurance to cover stored goods against damages.
