Work alongside your stock. Our mini offices are furnished workspaces rented together with a storage unit, perfect for e-commerce sellers, makers, and small-batch producers who need workspace and storage under one roof in central Cape Town.
All units at Fairweather House are on month-to-month leases with one calendar month's written notice to vacate. Our staffed office hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30–16:30 and Friday 08:30–16:00. Weekend and after-hours access is available by appointment, confirmed via email.
The recently updated 2-ton capacity lift makes moving heavy items between floors straightforward. Ground floor units are available for heavy or oversized goods that can't go in the lift. Loading access is available at ground level, contact us ahead of a large delivery to coordinate.
